Born and raised in Buffalo, Justina has always appreciated what Western New York has to offer.  From working as an educator in the classroom to years experience as a Licensed Real Estate Agent, Justina has the ideal foundation to move into her new role as Envision’s Brokerage Manager.  She has had the privilege of experiencing both sides of the real estate industry.  With an understanding of the day-to-day operations of a successful real estate business, she is uniquely equipped to lead and mentor the team of agents to success.

Justina’s passion for real estate began early on as she developed her skills in negotiations, client relations, and marketing strategies.  She was able to build a successful career and a loyal client base by putting her clients first and going above and beyond their needs.  Throughout this growth, she soon found her calling in leadership, drawn to the idea of helping other agents achieve their goals.  As a brokerage manager, she is able to use her expertise to guide, mentor, and support the team to fulfill their clients real estate needs. Her leadership style is one that focuses on collaboration and empowerment.  She believes in fostering an environment where everyone’s contributions are valued, and where agents are given the tools and support they need to succeed.  Ultimately, Justina’s goal as brokerage manager is to build a culture of excellence, where each agent feels supported and encouraged to reach their full potential. It is important to her that agents stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, while encouraging them to think creatively.  By doing so, she is confident that we can continue to grow and thrive as a team, and find new ways to serve their clients the Envision way!

Justina currently resides in the Southtowns with her husband Ed, her two children Stayley and Merrick, and their cockapoo Roscoe!  In her free time, Justina is a big sports fanatic and is a high school cheerleading coach.  Justina enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exploring breweries, yoga classes, traveling to see new places, and is an avid all things Disney lover!
