Todd Danni grew up in Williamsville, NY and earned his Bachelor of Applied Science in Criminal Justice from SUNY Buffalo. While in school, he started working for a specialty retail company where he managed a high volume, high-end sales force. In 1999, at the age of 24, Todd bought his first house. After updating his fixer-upper he realized the potential gain in sweat equity. That realized gain inspired him to buy more investment properties in Western NY. After creating a small portfolio, Todd decided to spin off a property management company in 2001 to manage his own portfolio. With much success and word of mouth, his company started to manage other people’s investments. He soon realized he had a knack for finding good investment properties for buyers and sellers both for residential homeowners and commercial investors. Using his solid background in sales, marketing and negotiating, he decided to become a licensed Real Estate Salesperson and soon after in 2009 became a licensed NYS Associate Broker. After 8 years with Coldwell Banker and receiving “Top 5 Agent” of the year from 2009-2014, in 2015 he decided to team up with Nothnagle/Howard Hanna where he received Gold status in 2017 & 2018. However, Todd felt the best opportunity for his clients to receive the best support, marketing and service was to land with Envision Real Estate and EnV Commercial Real Estate.

Todd continues to grow his commercial and residential reach with new construction, redevelopment opportunities, and leasing; all while maintaining residential clients in assisting them with their homes. Todd found by having a team of architects, home stagers, general contractors, bankers and inspectors he can provide the fullest range of real estate services possible for both commercial and residential Clients. Todd has made the “Who’s Who” of real estate in Business First the last three years. Todd’s education is ongoing taking advantage of any and all circumstances to learn. Todd is a Certified Exchange Advisor (CEA) and a Certified “TIC” Specialist (CTS). As a graduate of Dale Carnegie Public Speaking and Friedman Management Training, his tools are forever growing. Todd also takes an active role in the community, Todd volunteered at the SPCA, is a member of the Erie County Preservation Coalition, Supporter of Shea’s Performing Arts Theater and prides himself on being involved with his community. An extensive traveler he has visited Denmark, Monaco, Italy, Russia, Finland, Lithuania, Canada, France, Belize, Cayman Broc, and the British Virgin Islands. In his spare time, he enjoys playing ice hockey, scuba diving, biking, and rowing. Todd is truly a dynamic individual with an upfront honest approach to life and business.
